As a trained and qualified counselling therapist it is a passion of mine to help and support people through difficult times in life. Creating a safe, non-judgmental and empathic space for feelings to be expressed, heard, validated and explored.
A lot of the time what we really seek is to be understood.
A place where you don’t feel judged, where you are seen for who you are and accepted.
To feel heard and listened to because your voice matters, and to feel as if someone else actually cares.
These are exactly the 3 pillars that I not only work by but I also live by.
The misconception that therapy is only for people suffering from or diagnosed with mental health conditions is not true...
THERAPY IS FOR YOU IF​

WHAT DOES THERAPY WITH ME LOOK LIKE?
We will work together via Zoom to bring you closer to finding out who you really are, what you really want in life, exploring what you need and ways in which to get you there. I pride myself in my work as a non-judgmental, confidential, genuine and empathic therapist and coach. Creating a safe environment and space for you to feel comfortable enough to open up and express your thoughts and feelings and really get true with yourself.

Self-reflection can be hard, really being honest with yourself can be harder. It takes a hell of a lot of courage! (I wear a 'courage' charm reminding me of my courage during times of transformation and growth). Looking behind your reflection in the mirror is what leads you to the path to you finding out where your joy resides, what limiting beliefs you may have that are preventing you from accessing it, and why you think and do the things that you do. With me by your side every step of the way on this journey you will receive an abundance of support, encouragement and me cheerleading in your corner (sometimes quite literally!), helping you on your path to being the most authentic you, so you can truly INJOYU in your days moving forward.

I will meet you where you are at, sit in the shit with you and truly listen. Reflecting on important observations and challenge you where necessary to help identify excuses or unhelpful behaviors that may be holding you back. Working with you to sort through any problems or obstacles that may be getting in your way. Using an integrative approach I will offer tools and use techniques best suited to your needs at the time to help.

It is amazing how much talking to someone separate from your everyday life can help! Just reading this is you taking that first step forward towards the change you want to achieve, allow me to help you take the next few more to get you to where you want to be.
Therapy with me does not have a pre-determined time limit and is offered on a session-by-session basis to facilitate a more organic, flexible and responsive treatment process.
This also allows for any emerging issues that may arise during your therapy journey to also be addressed and strategies to be adapted as you progress.
